Archie Chen
 

American pianist Archie Chen has performed throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, receiving many honours including the Bluthner Piano Scholarship (Leipzig), first prize at the International Indianapolis Matinée Musicale Piano Competition and first prize at the Northwest Young Artists series in Seattle.

Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Music and Master of Music Degrees in Piano Performance from Indiana University, with post-graduate honours of the Performer's Certificate and Artist Diploma in Piano Performance.

Until his recent move to Dublin, Mr. Chen was Associate Instructor of Piano at Indiana University and a frequent broadcaster on American Radio. He now combines teaching with a busy international concert career.
